Cleaning: The Bath House should be left in a reasonable condition on check-out. If, at the management's discretion, intensive cleaning is required to ensure the accommodation is fit for the next guests, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional fee based on costs incurred. Smoking: The Bath House is strictly non-smoking in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to charge £50 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning if a smell of smoke is detected on check-out. Damages: The Bath House reserves the right to charge for breakages or damage to fixtures and fittings beyond normal wear and tear.
